Tom Skotidas

Director & Family Business Psychotherapist

Bio

My name is Tom Skotidas. I am a Masters-qualified Psychotherapist and the director of everpath.

As a member of a family business myself, I am passionate about helping business families resolve conflict, repair relationships, and protect the enterprise through evidence-based psychotherapy.

I engage all of my clients with compassion, collaboration, and unconditional acceptance.

Psychotherapy helps my clients recognise the emotional, cognitive, and communication patterns shaping their conflict, test new behaviours aligned to their values, and build stronger working relationships.

Background & Experience

Before specialising in psychotherapy, I spent ten years founding and leading a marketing agency. That experience gave me first-hand exposure to pressure, leadership conflict, and the emotional realities that can sit underneath business performance.

Today, as director and principal psychotherapist of everpath, I combine deep clinical expertise with first-hand business insight.
