OUR PURPOSE
Changing the future of family businesses—one relationship at a time.

TOM'S STORY
From Founder to Psychotherapist
I’ve founded and led businesses since 2011 and have worked closely with many family-owned companies. Over time, it became clear that what stalled these enterprises wasn’t usually strategy, market, or product. It was pain between people: siblings no longer speaking, spouses carrying quiet resentment, next-gen leaders torn between loyalty and autonomy.
As a psychotherapist, I chose to specialise in this intersection—where family, identity, and enterprise meet. everpath exists to give business families a safe, structured way to work through conflict, protect relationships, and give the next generation a healthier starting point.
Our core principles
Family first, but not family only
We honour the bonds that exist before the business—while naming when the enterprise is being damaged by unresolved hurt.
Psychotherapy changes patterns, not just decisions
We’re not here to pick a side or broker a one-off agreement. We help people change the patterns that keep recreating the same fights.
Self-awareness is a super power
The willingness to examine your own patterns and emotional triggers is what separates great leaders from good ones.
Small changes create big impact
When family members change how they relate to each other, it creates ripple effects that can transform entire organisations.
A world where family business relationship health is normalised and considered critical.

Make therapy the norm
By helping family business leaders embrace psychotherapy, we change the gravitational pull of organisations.

Create outward ripple effects
Healthier relationships will heal families, company cultures, and communities.

Achieve systemic change
In 5 years, psychotherapy will be adopted and used by the majority of family businesses throughout Asia Pacific.
Don’t let relational conflict decide
the future of your family business.
Invite your family members, key pairs, and executive team
into a structured space where real change can begin.
